What I'm looking for

I seek a role that combines IT and customer-facing responsibilities where I can grow technical skills, contribute to community-focused initiatives, and take on leadership opportunities.

I am a motivated and versatile professional currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Mobile Computing with hands-on experience across sales, IT volunteering, and nonprofit leadership. I combine customer-facing roles with technical support, website maintenance, and social media growth to deliver measurable results.

As a sales assistant and team leader, I managed transactions, trained teams, and met sales targets while maintaining operational standards; as an IT volunteer I maintained a WordPress site and supported software initiatives to improve an NGO's online presence.

I founded and direct I am Queen Lesotho, driving fundraising, advocacy, and empowerment for young women, and I bring strong public speaking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to roles where I can learn and contribute meaningfully.
