Thasleen User

I’m an Assistant Professor at Blossom arts and science college, Malappuram, and I bring a blend of academic and industry experience to my work. My career objective is to grow as a full-time research scholar, where my perseverance, critical thinking, problem solving, adaptability, and dedication can create real academic value.

Before academia, I worked as a Retail Store Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited. I was awarded “best employee” for internal processes in 2016, achieved strong customer touchpoints with 100% TNPS continuously since joining, and earned recognition for strict HSW policy adherence, infrastructure standards, and productivity improvements.

I also strengthen my research foundation through HR-focused learning and experience, including an internship in Human Resource Administration and independent research on job evaluation factors and HR interventions for retaining talented employees. I enjoy leading events and teams—coordinating HR games and competitions—and I’m motivated to apply the same structured approach to academic inquiry.
