I am a motivated and skilled fresh graduate with a strong foundation in System Administration, IT Support, and Cloud Computing. My academic journey at the University of Greenwich has equipped me with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to excel in the tech industry. I have hands-on experience working with both Windows and Linux systems, setting up networks, and utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.

During my time as a Junior System Administrator at Myanmar Technology Gateway, I successfully set up DNS servers on Ubuntu and CentOS, deployed web servers with load balancing, and provided technical support to ensure timely resolution of software and hardware issues. My role in IT Support at Protocol Solutions allowed me to address hardware and software challenges efficiently, conduct ERP software testing, and manage Office 365 accounts, enhancing my problem-solving skills in busy environments.
