What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue owning L2/L3 infrastructure and production support work, solving complex hosting, server, network, and service incidents while improving runbooks, documentation, and team troubleshooting practices.

At MegaHost, I own L2/L3 infrastructure and customer technical support cases from diagnosis and root-cause analysis through remediation, verification, documentation, and communication.

I operate and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers, VPS and hosting environments, Proxmox, Virtualizor, networks, firewalls, DNS, backups, security incidents, and production services.

I support Apache, Nginx, OpenLiteSpeed, DirectAdmin, cPanel, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Postfix, Exim, Dovecot, and SMTP relay environments. I also improve investigations with AI-assisted log analysis, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.

Before infrastructure hosting, I spent 10 years operating online-game services, handling server setup, bugs, DDoS and lag issues, service operations, and live-event setup. I’ve also trained and coordinated teams of 5 to 7 technical support staff.
