At Power 7 Technology Vietnam I provide hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft Office support, manage factory IT facilities, and monitor security systems including attendance devices and CCTV.

Previously at Juniwer Technology I configured routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, H3C, Fortinet), administered servers and networks, diagnosed complex network issues, and coordinated vendor hardware support to maintain multi-site operations.
