What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an IT Support/Helpdesk position in a corporate environment, handling PC, software, and network issues while building toward my long-term goal of becoming a System Administrator.

I have practical experience in PC/Laptop repair, software installation, basic network troubleshooting, and customer support in a retail store environment. I received devices from customers, identified hardware/software issues, and performed repairs or upgrades such as RAM and HDD/SSD replacements, along with Windows installation, drivers, and common software setup.

I also support Wi‑Fi and modem/router configuration, resolve Internet connection issues, and install/configure Wi‑Fi cameras for households and small stores (including mobile phone connections). In addition, I completed an IT Intern role handling website administration, WordPress/Sapo content/interface edits, and updates across more than 10 client websites—supporting my long-term goal of becoming a System Administrator.
