What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in visitor services or educational outreach roles where I can deliver welcoming, informative experiences, coordinate public programs, and support community engagement while building lasting customer relationships.

I’m an aspiring law student with hands-on experience delivering welcoming, informative experiences in museum and national park settings. I enjoy connecting with diverse visitors and turning public programs into memorable, educational moments.

As a Visitor Services Associate, I engaged with 100+ visitors daily—helping children and adults feel comfortable, informed, and excited to learn. I collaborated with event coordinators and staff to support exhibitions and ensured programs aligned with thematic and educational goals, while also planning and facilitating public programs, workshops, and special events.

I’ve also built strong front-desk and safety support skills through a national park ranger internship and volunteer tutoring. I helped manage inquiries, maintained an organized visitor setup, monitored camps and tour groups for safety and engagement, and provided one-on-one reading support to kindergarten students with patience, consistency, and clear communication.
