What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support operations and people—using customer service, reporting, and careful organization to improve visitor and student experiences while contributing to a team that values accessibility and clear communication.

I help organizations run smoothly while keeping the guest experience seamless. In museum-facing roles, I updated sales reporting through spreadsheets, supported merchandise operations, and worked on the museum store website with ADA accessibility in mind.

I also bring experience in admissions and student support—coaching prospective students, analyzing transcripts for transfer credit evaluations, and maintaining detailed enrollment records. I’m comfortable combining day-to-day operations with proactive leadership, from coordinating staff support and interview processes to monitoring events and community outreach.
