I am a motivated high-school student with hands-on experience in customer service, youth education, and visitor engagement. I have supported learning activities as a teaching assistant and assisted customers and store operations as a team member, demonstrating strong reliability and interpersonal skills.

As a Discovery Guide volunteer at the Wildlife Conservation Society (Queens Zoo), I educated visitors about animals and conservation through interactive activities, showing my ability to communicate clearly and inspire others.
