What I'm looking for

I’m seeking KYC, AML, financial crime, or compliance operations work in banking, fintech, or digital payments, where I can apply fraud investigation, identity verification, risk assessment, and case escalation experience.

At TDCX Malaysia, supporting the Supercell platform, I investigate payment fraud, suspicious transactions, phishing attacks, chargebacks, refund abuse, and account takeover cases. I use payment activity, IP addresses, device intelligence, login history, and behavioural patterns to protect customer accounts and reduce fraud risk.

I review more than 200 flagged accounts monthly and investigate over 70 high-risk fraud and account security cases weekly. I apply risk-based methodologies, prepare evidence-backed investigation reports, and escalate complex cases to Security, Compliance, and Legal teams.

I achieved 100% Quality Assurance performance and was recognised as a QA Champion for maintaining high investigation quality in a fast-paced Trust & Safety environment.

Previously, I supported Meta Quest technical cases at Concentrix and handled HR documentation, identity verification, and compliance processes. I’m seeking to contribute my fraud investigation, KYC, AML, and risk operations experience in banking, fintech, or digital payments.
