What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue contributing to KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, and compliance work where I can investigate risk, support strong regulatory outcomes, and lead high-performing operations.

At OKX, I conduct risk-based KYC reviews for global clients, investigate suspicious crypto transactions, and perform EDD for high-risk, PEP, and sanctioned-country users.

I've maintained a 95% quality pass rate while managing high-volume caseloads, and I serve as Shift Lead for a team of 10 analysts, overseeing SLA and AHT performance and providing operational guidance.

Previously at Citigroup Transaction Services Malaysia, I reviewed corporate onboarding cases, investigated sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media alerts, and supported compliant e-KYC approvals using Lexis Nexis and Dun & Bradstreet.
