I've progressed at Leap Geebee Education from Operations Executive to Team Leader and Assistant Manager, managing USA university admissions operations and application workflows.

I coordinate with USA universities, CSPs, clients, and internal Finance, Invoicing, and Visa teams to track applications, resolve dependencies, and support timely Offer Letter and I-20 follow-ups. I maintain accurate information flow across stakeholders while handling document requirements, university queries, and student-status updates.

I led and virtually supported a team of 11 members, contributing to approximately 90% of monthly operational targets through performance monitoring, follow-ups, and process guidance.

My earlier admissions counseling experience at Jamboree Education, Manya – The Princeton Review, The Gate Academy, NIIT, and Career Launcher strengthened my ability to guide students, manage deadlines, handle customer communication, and support admissions processes. I also train new joiners on USA application forms, documentation, university processes, and operational guidelines.
