I am a passionate customer service advisor with experience in engaging with clients and improving procedural efficiencies. My journey began at CCI South Africa, where I honed my skills in customer interaction and problem-solving from June 2022 to November 2023. I thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery.

Currently, I am furthering my education at Unisa, pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
