I'm leading New Product Development and sustaining work for 13 high-speed Mirror Mezzanine Connector products at Molex Singapore, supporting AI data-centre applications for global customers including Nvidia, Apple, AMD, and HP.

At Dyson, I co-led robotic product development with an NPV of GBP 39M / MYR 230M and helped launch the Dyson 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum, generating MYR 40M in revenue by December 2023. I also drove rework for the Dyson 360 Heurist in Spain, saving MYR 609k in tax and duty charges.

Previously, I built and led Product Management at DF Automation & Robotics, overseeing eight concurrent development projects, implementing a hybrid Agile Sprint and Waterfall lifecycle, and supporting AMR launches, certifications, intellectual property filings, customer setup, and training across multiple countries.

I co-lead with Design Manager & Project Leadership team to manage robot vacuum cleaner project from NPI in UK, to launch globally. We launched RB03 Dyson Vis Nav in Q2 2023.

Aside from that, we are the first few projects that started the JDM initiative robot projects with JDM partner, build & define framework from Down Selection process, conduct legal due diligence till partnership formed.

I initially joined the company as QC Engineer to form the quality control and test framework, then appointed as Project Engineer to setup AGV robot on-site, and provide training to customers. I drafted user manual & maintenance manual to ease customer buyoff & application. I supported compliance approval of product as well. Lastly I promoted to be Product Manager and manage NPD to launch.
