I am a dedicated Patient Representative with a strong commitment to improving patient care and communication within healthcare settings. Currently, I work at Norton Hospital, where I investigate and direct patient inquiries, ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. My role involves explaining complex medical policies and procedures to patients, which requires a deep understanding of both medical and administrative knowledge.

Prior to my current position, I worked as a Nanny at Suga Shane's Learning Center, where I developed essential skills in child development and caregiving. I organized educational activities, supervised homework, and maintained open communication with parents to foster a supportive environment for children's growth. My experience in both healthcare and childcare has equipped me with a unique perspective on the importance of empathy, professionalism, and effective communication in any caregiving role.
