I built relationships with patients, physicians, and referring offices through clear communication and customer-focused service. I managed referrals, modality-specific documentation, exam preparation, payment collection, and accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA standards.

During my sports medicine internship with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group, I gained exposure to patient care, medical terminology, X-rays, medical plans, and personalized treatment plans.
