I’m driven to expand my knowledge while contributing to the overall success of the establishment I’m gainfully employed. I apply my customer service skills to support customers, improve satisfaction, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
In my roles as a Customer Service Representative, I greet and assist customers, answer telephone calls, and provide the cost and types of services. I also prepare quotations and costings, check availability of stock and non-stock items, and liaise with supervisors to ensure chemicals are stocked during my shift.
Beyond front-line service, I’ve handled contract claims work by adjudicating clients’ claims and ensuring clients’ premium isn’t expired when processing claims. I also enquire for additional information from the provider or subscriber where applicable, and support accurate documentation through careful data handling.
I’ve also delivered administrative support through data entry of patients’ personal information, coordinating patient collection/drop off for treatment, and preparing monthly calendars of events and patient birthdays. Earlier experience includes training new hires for 4 weeks and helping maintain updated health and safety tests in employee files.
