At Chaparral Insulation, I manage a team of three accounts receivable specialists and oversee customer payments. I implemented a new invoicing system that reduced billing errors and used credit control measures to reduce outstanding receivables.

I process invoices in AIA format for more than 20 divisions, enter cash receipts, and prepare lien notices and waivers. I also create monthly aging reports and reconcile the accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger.

Before Chaparral Insulation, I worked as a Book Keeper at B & S Roofing, handling accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting. I'm a Certified Bookkeeper with an associate degree in Accounting.
