What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote order management role where accuracy, same-day follow-up, and proactive communication help keep customer deliveries on time. I'm available for a Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm CST schedule.

At M-KOPA Nigeria, I process customer orders, returns, and refunds from request to completion, coordinating with finance and following up until issues are closed.

I reconcile inventory and maintain 100% stock accuracy across 7+ products. I also allocate limited stock and coordinate with purchasing on lead times and material availability.

Using Excel and Power BI, I analyze customer feedback and service data to spot recurring issues and delays early. I lead and coach 12 agents, sustaining 96% SLA compliance and 91% CSAT for 12+ consecutive months.

At Celplas Industrial Nig. Ltd, I entered orders and handled purchase orders and invoices in a manufacturing and production environment. I also entered orders and reconciled deliveries and shipments at Babcock University.
