Across Vendease, Unity Bank, Slavabogu Nigeria, and Sterling Bank, I've led employee relations, engagement, disciplinary processes, recruitment, career development, wellness, succession planning, and HR operations. I've transformed HMO administration, developed a sanctions grid manual, built HR policies, hired over 120 expatriates, and supported workforce engagement and leave administration across thousands of employees.
