What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support, fintech/payment support, or technical-support role where I can resolve user issues, explain digital-finance workflows clearly, learn unfamiliar tools quickly, and grow through practical product support work.

I've supported customers at Potential Computers Cyber Cafe, handling digital services, online registrations, document processing, Remita payment references, and routine browser and computer issues.

Through independent cryptocurrency and forex trading, I've built practical knowledge of exchanges, wallets, deposits, withdrawals, transaction records, fees, currencies, order execution, and digital-asset workflows. I also teach cryptocurrency concepts through The Blockchain Crew, translating complex financial topics for learners.

I'm building Ark Finance as a practical software project focused on financial data, product structure, and user-facing functionality. My hands-on development work includes HTML, basic CSS, Git, GitHub, Linux/Ubuntu/WSL, VS Code, documentation, debugging, and incremental feature development.

I'm seeking remote customer support, fintech/payment support, and technical-support work where I can clearly explain processes, resolve issues, and help users navigate digital products.
