I’m an HR Operations Executive with 3+ years of experience managing HR operations for 1000+ employees. I focus on keeping core HR processes accurate and timely, from attendance and leave tracking to payroll coordination.
In my current role at Innovsource Services Pvt Ltd, I handle attendance and leave management, validate payroll inputs, and process Full & Final settlements. I also calculate PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Gratuity eligibility, while resolving employee queries and coordinating with clients to minimize escalations.
Previously, at Cryo Corp O2 LLP and Autobrix, I supported recruitment and onboarding, maintained HR documentation, and contributed to compliance (PF, ESIC, PT). I’ve also handled exit interviews and the employee engagement/exit process, and I’m certified in Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance.
