What I'm looking for

I seek a role focusing on payroll coordination, compliance and end-to-end HR operations in a collaborative environment that values process improvement and accuracy.

I am an HR Operations professional with focused expertise in payroll management, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance. I have managed payroll for 350+ employees and supported statutory compliance, audits, and F&F settlements.

My background includes roles at Accops Systems Pvt. Ltd. and earlier positions with Nexdigm, Pay Square, and Greenvissage from 2018–2021. I hold an MBA in HR & IT and a BE in ENTC from SPPU.

I concentrate on onboarding and exit management, HR documentation and MIS, and streamlining HR processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. I bring hands-on experience coordinating payroll and supporting audit requirements.
