What I'm looking for
I’m an HR and Administration professional with over 11 years of progressive experience in a Government of India Public Sector Undertaking (PSU). I currently serve as Deputy Chief Manager – Personnel & Administration at WAPCOS Limited, under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, managing comprehensive HR functions and administrative operations.
I’m known for HR compliance and workforce management—handling attendance tracking, leave management, duty verification, and maintenance of service records across Contract, Contract Payscale, Executive Trainee (ET), and Management Trainee (MT) staff categories. I also support recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, and payroll-linked reporting, with a strong focus on audit readiness through rigorous physical and digital record keeping.
Beyond HR, I lead end-to-end administration and procurement operations, from vendor coordination and price negotiation to maintenance scheduling and bill processing with the Finance team.
