What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR and administration leadership role where I can strengthen employee lifecycle processes, recruitment, compliance, payroll coordination, audit readiness, and operational automation.

At Sahara Dredging Limited, I manage workforce planning, recruitment, HR policies, performance reviews, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. I standardized the company salary structure, delivering ₹21 lakh in annual employer PF contribution savings.

I also led Sahara Dredging's ISO transition from QMS to IMS certification as the sole audit liaison, and guided the transformation of its website with web designers and senior management.

Previously at Willis Towers Watson, I conducted process and data-quality audits, created SOPs and compliance checklists, and reported findings to senior management. I led a work-allocation automation initiative that reduced monthly manual processing from 22 hours to 5 hours, and coordinated a SharePoint/SQL database rollout with IT.
