In my current Deputy Manager/Office Manager role, I oversee day-to-day site office operations, manage staff recruitment and coordination, and ensure smooth handling of expenses, approvals, and issue resolution with the Head Office and clients.
I’m also responsible for finance execution: processing vendor payments and settlements, preparing invoices and collecting client payments, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries in Tally. I coordinate with local administration and collaborate with the Head Office to support timely PT, GST, and TDS return filings—while keeping project documentation and reporting on track across multiple highway and road packages.
