At KPMG India, I developed a dashboard model for a state Planning Department to track project progress, stakeholder information, and financials. The client commended its contribution to the department’s efficiency.

For the SBM-Thane Municipal Corporation City Beautification Competition, I formulated an award-winning PowerPoint slideshow and short video; our client secured a ₹10 crore cash prize. I also supported government advisory work across procurement, bids, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder coordination.

On the eAushadhi portal project, I assisted the Medical Goods Procurement Authority with deployment of the revamped portal. I reviewed workflows and modules, coordinated with the department, vendors, and technical teams, and checked screens, dashboards, reports, and fixes.
