I am an analyst who bridges the gap between raw data and business decisions. I hold an MBA in Marketing & Analytics from Nirma University, where I was a Gold Medallist.

I combine an understanding of content and strategy with hard technical skills in SQL, Python, BI Tools and Excel. I focus on practical outcomes like saving time through automation or finding revenue drivers in messy data.

ICICI Bank | Deputy Manager 2: I focused on operational efficiency. I designed an automated reporting system that replaced manual entry. This saved the team 7.5 hours of manual work every week and enabled real-time tracking for 6 key sales metrics.

Amul (GCMMF Ltd) | Market Research Intern: I handled ground-level field research. I surveyed over 100 retailers across 8 regions to map competitor strategies and identify specific market gaps. I presented the findings as 3 comprehensive market research, competitor mapping and SWOT analysis reports to the stakeholders, visualizing and explaining my findings, and making recommendations to improve sales, and protect market share.

The following are independent technical projects where I applied data analysis to real-world business scenarios:

1) Zomato Data Analysis (SQL) I used SQL Joins and Aggregations to perform an end-to-end funnel analysis.

  • Revenue Impact: Built an RFM segmentation model that identified Champion user cohorts responsible for 80% of total revenue.

  • Channel Efficiency: Identified Direct Mobile as the top revenue driver with a 76% conversion rate.

  • Feature Analysis: Quantified how the 'Food Rescue' feature successfully reduced cancellation rates from 0.49 to 0.17.

2) Digital Marketing Research (SPSS) I researched Gen Z consumer behaviour using statistical modelling. The data revealed that User-Generated Content (UGC) drives more sales than influencers for this demographic in India. I used these findings to outline data-backed content strategies.
