I’m a Customer Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist with 5+ years of experience supporting U.S.-based SaaS and service companies. I lead end-to-end onboarding journeys, drive product adoption, and improve customer experience through structured support, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
