At EXXARO Resources Limited, I lead Employee Relations and Compliance work through CSG Resourcing, supporting mining and construction projects. I develop and execute project-wide Employee Relations strategy aligned with labour legislation and statutory compliance requirements.
I advise project leadership and contractors on disciplinary processes, grievances, and employment conditions, and help address labour-related protests and compliance risks. I hold a BCom Honours in HRM, a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law, and a BCom HRM.
