I am a seasoned product manager with over 7 years of experience delivering innovative products from ideation to deployment. At Khayal Consultants, I managed products for diverse clients, including retail banks, government agencies, and start-ups. In 2023, I co-founded Unit X Studio Consultancy, focusing on agile, smaller-scale technology projects. As an independent organization, Service Hero runs the only independent national customer satisfaction index in Kuwait and the UAE - 100% consumer powered. Users can download the Service Hero app, or visit the website to rate their experience with brands across 8-dimension.

The Engagement Pro Dashboard, grants organizations access to real-time data, as well as 20+ metrics that are key to driving service excellence, including customer satisfaction and NPS. The Engagement Dashboard enables brands to grasp customer satisfaction, and re-align their strategies to make impactful changes to customer retention, net promoter score, and overall satisfaction.
