I'm looking to lead executive, professional, and technical hiring in a complex or scaling organization, partnering closely with leaders to build strong talent pipelines, structured selection processes, equitable hiring practices, and efficient recruiting operations.

I've led executive, professional, technical, and high-volume hiring for Obran Health, Aramco, Google, and independent clients. At Obran Health, I managed 25–30 concurrent searches while supporting broader portfolios of 80+ requisitions across a multi-entity healthcare organization.

I've recruited leaders including CFO, VP Finance, and VP Marketing, and I build targeted talent maps, structured assessments, interview scorecards, and high-touch passive-candidate pipelines for critical roles. I partner closely with executives, Finance, Compensation, HR, Legal, and hiring leaders on workforce planning, equitable selection, offer strategy, and candidate close.

I've also built recruiting infrastructure and analytics, including ATS workflows, reporting, SOPs, hiring-manager training, and AI-enabled processes that eliminated approximately 80% of manual recruiting work at Obran Health.
