What I'm looking for

I’m looking to coordinate and lead a trauma-informed recovery program where I can strengthen clinical compliance, supervise and mentor staff, and improve outcomes through intake/discharge excellence, crisis readiness, and strong referral networks.

I’m a Clare Matrix counselor and program leader focused on dual-diagnosis stabilization in women’s residential recovery settings. I provide direct clinical support, facilitate psychoeducational and process groups, and conduct individual sessions using Motivational Interviewing while keeping facility safety and therapeutic stability front and center.

In my roles as AOD Counselor / Lead Counselor CADC I, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans, coordinate discharge planning for seamless transitions to aftercare, and ensure accurate clinical documentation. I also manage complex dual-diagnosis caseloads, facilitate specialized trauma-informed groups, and oversee crisis intervention protocols.

As Program Coordinator, I prioritize staff development, clinical compliance, and high-quality care for clients facing addiction, mental health challenges, and homelessness. I design and audit facility-wide safety protocols aligned with state licensing and accreditation standards, optimize intake/discharge operations, manage staff scheduling and personnel coverage, and build referral networks through community outreach.
