What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role supporting patients and healthcare teams—handling scheduling, patient services, records, and administrative tasks—where I can deliver excellent customer service, maintain confidentiality, and keep processes organized.

I’m a dedicated customer service and healthcare support professional with over 8 years of experience in client relations, administrative support, scheduling, retail management, and caregiving. I coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records, resolve customer concerns, and provide compassionate support in healthcare and service environments.

In my current role as an In-Home Caregiver, I provide daily support to disabled clients, coordinate appointments and transportation, assist with medication management and personal care, and communicate clearly with clients, families, and healthcare providers. Previously, as a Patient Services Representative, I handled check-in/check-out, answered phone inquiries, scheduled appointments, and maintained confidentiality while managing patient information; my store manager experience also strengthens how I lead operations, train staff, and stay organized under pressure.
