Assisted in the development of the National Fisheries Aquaculture Policy for the Malawi Government and contributed to the FAO program for improving aquaculture policies in Sub-Saharan Africa. Managed IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, telecommunications, and the organization's website, while also resolving daily operational issues.

Assisted in training kid coders and developing websites using Vue.js, Firebase, and Python Django. Contributed to the LUANAR Biodiversity Portal development and maintained office laptops and computers.

Diagnosed and resolved computer and printer problems, including installing Microsoft Office licenses and antivirus software. Performed hardware replacements and configured internal hard drives with Windows installations.

Managed office setups, server configurations, and website designing, including email and domain provision for various clients. Implemented VOIP and VOIP GSM Gateway configurations, along with network setups and hard drive cloning.

Set up the organizational network and assisted in developing an SMS application platform using SSH, Linux, and MySQL. Provided support for personal computers and resolved network-related issues.
