I've built secure Python, Azure, and AI solutions across production APIs, ETL pipelines, and agentic workflows. At Cyber Security Institute, I increased ETL throughput by 35%, reduced data-quality issues by 40%, and helped maintain 99.9% system availability.

I manage Azure App Service, Key Vault, and App Configuration environments, and I automate delivery with GitHub Actions, Pytest, and infrastructure-as-code practices. I've also integrated PayPal using secure webhooks, idempotency controls, and protected credential management.

My project work includes Sauti ya Mwananchi, a second-place Google AI Hackathon multi-agent civic platform built with Google ADK, Gemini, Vertex AI Search RAG, FastAPI, WhatsApp, SMS, and USSD. I also developed agent-driven FastAPI platforms using LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, and OpenAPI specifications.

At ALX Africa, I've mentored more than 50 data professionals in Python, SQL, analytical workflows, and machine-learning deployments. I enjoy translating business problems into structured, practical technical solutions.
