What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote People Analytics or Data Analyst role where I can connect behavioral science, workplace data, and evidence-based decision-making.

I've designed and delivered quantitative behavioral research at Bahauddin Zakariya University, including a quasi-experimental study of gaming addiction patterns among 200+ participants. I managed the full research lifecycle, from power analysis and sampling through stakeholder coordination, data collection, and statistical interpretation.

Through independent analytics projects, I've analyzed IBM HR attrition data in Excel and examined mental-health treatment-seeking patterns in Google Sheets. My work identified job satisfaction and burnout as key retention risks and explored cultural barriers to workplace support-seeking.

I'm building practical SQL and Power BI capability alongside a foundation in SPSS, AMOS, survey design, and behavioral frameworks, with a focus on applying behavioral science to People Analytics and data-driven workplace decisions.
