I've delivered remote BI and workforce analytics for Eutech Chambers, building centralized leave tracking, workforce activity, and VM lost-hours systems used across the organization.

I design Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and automated reporting workflows that give senior management visibility into attendance, productivity, operational performance, and workforce planning. I also administer Teramind end-to-end, configure department-specific security policies, and create SOPs for reporting, monitoring, onboarding, and offboarding.

Previously at Human Resource Development Society, I developed 20+ Power BI and Tableau dashboards for Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations. I wrote SQL and T-SQL for validation, cleansing, and transformation across Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server, while building data models and SSIS ETL pipelines for self-service analytics.

My earlier academic administration experience strengthened my approach to records accuracy, compliance, reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder support. I enjoy turning operational data into clear reporting frameworks that improve transparency and decision-making.
