I've completed data analytics internships at NextGen Learners, DecodeLabs, and Progree, where I cleaned datasets, performed exploratory analysis, wrote SQL queries, and turned findings into reports and dashboards.

At NextGen Learners, I built a Streamlit dashboard with domain filtering, funnel analysis, and a leaderboard, then trained a Logistic Regression model to predict internship selection outcomes. I evaluated the model using accuracy, precision, recall, and a confusion matrix, and delivered an executive summary with a walkthrough video.

At Progree, I developed a Python/Pandas data-cleaning and EDA pipeline and created a Power BI customer segmentation dashboard using RFM analysis. I also conducted hypothesis testing, regression, and time-series forecasting for a mini project.

For my BBA Business Analytics capstone with Jubilee Life Insurance, I analyzed customer satisfaction data to identify key satisfaction drivers and present actionable findings. I've also co-authored and presented research on work-life balance and job satisfaction.
