What I'm looking for

I'm seeking full-time remote work in healthcare documentation, patient access, or customer support.

At Foothills Rehabilitation Center, I enter patient care details in MatrixCare and PointClickCare and maintain accurate daily records.

I document activities of daily living, intake and output, vital signs, and routine care. I also record observations and changes in condition for follow-up with nursing staff.

At Villa Maria Care Center and Pueblo Springs Rehabilitation Center, I supported resident and patient care, followed individual care plans, and documented observations to support continuity.

Earlier at CPES, I supported clients with developmental disabilities in home settings and recorded care information. I’ve received HIPAA training and hold CPR, BLS, CNA, and State Tested Nursing Assistant certifications.
