At Red Brick AI, I designed and built six live Make.com and GPT-4o automation systems for lead qualification, enquiry replies, invoice chasing, onboarding, reporting, and content. I connected business tools through APIs and webhooks, with human approval steps, error handling, testing, and handover documentation.
At Capgemini Invent, I built a live Gemini app in Google AI Studio that turns an intake form into a sector-specific AI risk assessment, and demoed it at Capgemini's Responsible AI Conference. I'm moving the tool to a GCP backend so it can read risk-registry data directly, and contributed as Associate Delivery Manager to a government data discovery for DSIT.
I've also automated onboarding workflows for 120+ funds at Octopus Energy Generation and automated Excel and Python reporting at Société Générale CIB. I want to help a new agency set its technical foundations, turn builds into repeatable services, and grow with the business.
