What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR/recruitment role where I can drive candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, manage databases confidently, and strengthen client relationships—while continuing to learn and grow in a supportive team.

I’m a Psychology Honours graduate who brings strong interpersonal skills and a recruiter’s drive for fit—combining people insight with structured, reliable hiring processes. I’m actively building my professional profile through marketing education and practical HR development.

In my recruitment experience, I’ve owned end-to-end candidate sourcing and screening, managed scheduling of interviews, and completed telephonic interviewing. I’ve also supported database management, client relations, feedback management, and candidate assessment and selection across full-time and part-time roles.

Beyond recruitment, I bring Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) training and hands-on facilitation experience, including assessment and revisions, data entry and analysis, and academic facilitation. As a peer counsellor, I developed practical person-centred counselling skills while maintaining confidentiality, record keeping, and careful note-taking—strengthening how I communicate, assess needs, and support outcomes.
