At Sierra KLN Myanmar, I plan and support ISP/WISP, fixed-wireless, microwave, and Starlink Business infrastructure for B2B, temporary-event, and multi-location projects.
I configure and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, switches, access points, firewalls, VPNs, and Windows Server/Microsoft 365 services. I operate BGP, OSPF, PPPoE/RADIUS, GPON OLT/ONU, SD-WAN, WAN bonding, and automatic failover while coordinating 24/7 NOC monitoring, incident response, and customer support.
Previously at Kinetic Myanmar Technology, I configured and installed network and SIAE/Huawei microwave infrastructure, completed link surveys and planning, and led field teams through L1-L3 troubleshooting. I'm available for full-time remote work and can align with Detroit/Eastern Time business hours.
