I am seeking a mid-level IT/network role where I can manage infrastructure and security, provide 24/7 support, collaborate with vendors, and grow technical expertise.

I am an IT professional with hands-on experience in helpdesk support, network engineering, and security for healthcare and education environments.

In my current role I provide 24/7 on-site and remote technical support across departments, troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN, Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and support clinical application operation and SQL database troubleshooting.

I have designed and implemented network and wireless LAN infrastructures, video conferencing systems, and performed regular backups, asset management, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor coordination.

I hold certifications including PCNSE, JNCIA-Junos, and multiple Fortinet Network Security Expert levels, and I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to secure, available IT services.
