I am an experienced IT professional with over 5 years of diverse skills in installation, implementation, and operation support. My expertise lies in Telecommunication Infrastructure provisioning, Routing and Switching Protocols, Service Provider Environment, and network virtualization. Throughout my career, I have successfully expanded and swapped IP Core/RAN networks, implemented new services, and optimized network performance. I am highly skilled in troubleshooting and resolving faults/incidents in IP networks, as well as conducting preventive maintenance and capacity planning. During my tenure at ZTE Corporation, I played a key role in expanding and swapping Ooredoo Myanmar IP Core/RAN networks from other vendor devices to ZTE devices. I also created SOPs to streamline operations and reduce human fault configuration. Additionally, I implemented new IP transit, Peering, DIA, L2/L3 VPN, and SIP B2B services, and collaborated with multiple teams to add new services and handle change requests. I have a strong knowledge of switching protocols such as VLAN, VTP, Trunking, Etherchannel, and HSRP. Furthermore, I have extensive experience in network virtualization and datacenter virtualization.

As an IP Core Engineer at Telecom International Myanmar Co., Ltd, I was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving faults/incidents in the IP network, supporting OSPF, BGP, MPLS/TE, and MetroEthernet services. I also supported the expansion, upgrades, and rollout of new network infrastructure, conducted network performance analysis, and performed regular maintenance on the network. Additionally, I cooperated with site engineers and other units to configure site routers and services, and supported the physical migration of backbone circuits. My experience also includes working as a Junior Network Engineer at Optimity Co., Ltd, where I processed product requests and orders, built relationships with customers, and supported various projects such as the Skynet IGW Project and the Shwe Gon Dine Hospital Project.
