I seek senior roles providing technical leadership in health financing, strategic purchasing, and primary health care reforms—prefer collaborative, policy-oriented teams with scope for cross-country implementation and applied research to scale UHC solutions.

I am a development, health systems, and health financing specialist with over 21 years of international experience, currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor on strategic purchasing for primary health care. I provide technical leadership on primary health care purchasing reforms, cross-country research, and policy advising.

I led the scale-up of a Health Equity Fund from pilot to a national social health insurance system, supervised 90+ national staff, and directed design and implementation of national patient-level electronic health record systems. I have driven performance-based financing, provider contracting, conditional cash transfers, community-based insurance, and contributed applied research and analytics to inform policy and implementation.
