What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a mission-driven role where I can advance global health equity through strategy, partnerships, grant development, and high-impact program delivery.

I've supported global health programming at UNICEF USA and John Snow, Inc., advancing maternal and child health, HIV, and tuberculosis initiatives across multiple countries.

At UNICEF USA, I managed donor relationships, developed targeted briefings and proposal narratives, and helped drive $5M in contributions to maternal and child health. I delivered grant proposals, reports, and donor communications valued at more than $26M for foundations, corporations, and fundraising partners.

At JSI, I managed daily operations and compliance for $140M in USAID- and CDC-funded HIV and TB projects in Uganda, Zambia, and Mozambique. I also supported proposals exceeding $300M and launched startup operations for an $18M tuberculosis project in Kyrgyzstan.

I'm motivated by global health equity and bring experience in strategy, partnerships, grant development, budgeting, compliance, and program delivery to mission-driven organizations.
