I am a dedicated Telecommunication Technician with over two and a half years of experience in planning, implementing, installing, and maintaining telecoms equipment. My professional journey at TelOne has equipped me with hands-on experience in resolving complex telecom issues, ensuring seamless network operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

During my tenure at TelOne, I successfully rewired vandalized cabinets, restoring internet services to 400 users. I also improved record-keeping by collecting and documenting data for all incoming ports, which had been misplaced. Additionally, I configured a problematic modem to restore timely internet access, ensuring customer satisfaction.

I hold a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from TelOne Centre For Learning and was awarded a distinction for my project on an RFID-based animal tracking system. My commitment to excellence and problem-solving has been recognized through these achievements, and I continue to strive for innovation in my work.
