What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer or technical support role where I can resolve customer issues, manage cases accurately, collaborate with internal teams, and continue developing my troubleshooting and application-support skills.

At HCLTech on the Pearson VUE project, I provide first-line customer support for examination, account, scheduling, application, and system-related issues.

I investigate incidents, identify possible root causes, and guide customers through clear step-by-step resolutions by phone and email. I handle account access, exam scheduling, application errors, and process-related queries while following established procedures.

I manage support tickets and cases with accurate documentation, account verification, SLA compliance, and escalation of complex technical or operational issues to internal teams.

I also support new team members through onboarding and knowledge sharing, bringing attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strong focus on customer experience.
