In my current role as a Resource Deployment Specialist (Bench Sales Recruiter), I market IT consultants and build vendor relationships to close deals efficiently. I handle US IT resource deployment for categories including H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, and EAD, using job boards and vendor databases like Dice, Monster, Jobright, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Indeed to identify suitable requirements and manage consultant submissions.

I also translate analytics into action through projects and internships. My research project, “Analyzing Twitter Sentiments with Reference to MSMEs of India,” uses NLP and machine learning for sentiment classification with tools like Python, Tweepy API, NLTK, TextBlob, Tableau, and Kaggle, while my Finance internship strengthened my skills in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
